1. About Us
This website (excel.adsoftech.com) is owned and operated by adSoftech, a business run by Madhavi Devi ("we", "us", "our"), registered at C-5/G-4, Ground Floor, Block-C, Dilshad Garden, Jhilmil, Shahdara, East Delhi, Delhi – 110095, India. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
We provide Excel, Pivot Table and Accounts data-processing services. You upload your raw data file; our systems process it using our own proprietary tools and return a finished report to you. We do not provide our internal tools, programmes, or source code to clients — only the processed output.
3. Account & Free Trial
- Every new account receives a 7-day free trial with access to all currently active services.
- You must provide a valid email address and mobile number to register, and verify your email with the code we send you.
- One free trial account is permitted per person/network. We reserve the right to limit or decline repeat free trial signups from the same individual, device, or network.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
4. Fees & Payment
After your free trial ends, continued access requires an active paid plan (1 Week / 1 Month / 3 Months / 1 Year) or admin-granted access. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with notice.
5. Fair Use
Free-trial accounts are subject to a daily limit on the number of reports generated. This limit exists to keep the service fair and available to all users.
6. Your Data
Files you upload are used only to generate your requested report and are not shared with any third party. See our handling of your data as described on our Contact page if you have questions.
7. Intellectual Property
All tools, programmes, templates, and processing logic used to deliver our services remain the exclusive property of adSoftech. You receive only the output report; no license to our underlying tools is granted.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep our services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, remove, or modify services from time to time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing any report before relying on it for business or financial decisions. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including abuse of the free trial or fair-use limits.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
Your first 7 days are free and require no payment, so no refund is applicable during this period. You may stop using the service at any time during your trial with no obligation.
2. Paid Plans
Our paid plans (1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Months, 1 Year) grant access to our services for the chosen period. Since access is granted immediately on successful payment:
- A refund request made within 24 hours of payment, where no reports have been generated on the paid plan, will be refunded in full.
- Once you have generated one or more reports on a paid plan, that payment is non-refundable, as the service has been availed.
- We do not offer partial refunds for early cancellation or unused days remaining on a plan.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is deducted from your account but access was not granted, or if you were charged more than once for the same plan, contact us with your payment/transaction ID and we will verify and refund the incorrect amount within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation
There is no auto-renewal — your plan simply expires at the end of its period. To stop using our services, simply do not purchase a further plan; there is nothing further you need to cancel.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email ajsolutions193@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (+91 92056 16750) with your registered username and payment/transaction ID. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days.

How It Works

Open the site and log in
From excel.adsoftech.com, click Log In in the top-right of the homepage.
Enter your username & password
Type in your credentials and press Log In. New here? Choose "Create a free account" for 7 days free instead.
Open your dashboard
Every service you have access to is shown here. Green tiles are unlocked. Click a service to start a new report.
Upload your Excel file
Choose your raw data file (.xlsx, .xls or .csv) and click Upload & Read Headers. Processed on our server — you only get the finished result.
Choose your columns & grouping
Move fields into Selected, pick what to group by, rename output labels if needed, and optionally save this setup as a named profile.
Download your finished report
Your report is generated, grouped, subtotalled and formatted automatically. Click Download to save it.
